Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a course or using this website you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Enrollment & access

Course access is granted immediately after successful payment through Razorpay (or after an offline payment is recorded by the institute). Access is personal to your account and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

3. Prices & GST

Course prices are shown exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added at checkout, where the full breakup — taxable value, CGST/SGST or IGST, and the final payable amount — is shown before you pay. A GST tax invoice and payment receipt are issued for every purchase and can be downloaded from My Learning → Invoices.

4. Payments & refunds — non-refundable policy

All course payments — single modules, bundles and the Complete Program — are non-refundable once access has been granted, because the video content provides immediate value. Please watch the 4 free demo classes and ask us any questions before purchasing. If a technical problem on our side prevents access and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will resolve it.

For offline batches, the free 15-day trial lets you evaluate the program before any payment. Once a paid enrollment begins (including EMIs) the same non-refundable policy applies.

5. Coupons & offers

Coupons and launch offers are valid only within their stated dates and seat limits, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

6. Course content & conduct

All videos, files and materials are for your personal learning only. Redistribution, re-uploading, screen-recording for resale or public sharing is prohibited and may lead to account termination without refund.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued on course completion and can be verified online on our Verify Certificate page.

8. Placement support

Placement assistance for eligible offline graduates is support in connecting with hiring studios — it is not a guarantee of a specific job, salary or timeline.
