Course access is granted immediately after successful payment confirmation via Razorpay, or immediately for courses explicitly marked free. Access is personal to your account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
All course payments — individual modules, bundles, and the Complete Matrix Program — are non-refundable once access has been granted. Because our modules include downloadable/streamable video content that provides immediate value upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds after enrollment, including partial refunds for unused or unwatched portions of a course.
We encourage you to try the free demo lesson (login required) before purchasing a full module, and to reach out to our team with any questions about a course's content or fit before you enroll.
For the offline program specifically: the free 15-day trial period exists precisely so you can evaluate the program risk-free before any payment is made. Once the trial period ends and a paid enrollment begins (including EMI payments), the same non-refundable policy applies. All video lessons, course materials, and downloadable files are for your personal learning use only. Redistribution, re-uploading, screen-recording for resale, or public sharing of any course content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
