Our Story

Why we started — and why Matrix.

Crystal Jewelry Institute was founded to solve one specific problem: students were completing general design courses but still weren't ready for day one at a Surat manufacturing or export studio. So we built a curriculum around the one thing that actually predicts job-readiness — fluency in Matrix, taught by people who've used it on a real design floor.

Today we train students across two Surat branches and online, with a placement network built directly from studios that have hired our graduates before.

Our 12-module structure isn't arbitrary — it follows the exact sequence a working jewelry designer needs: interface fluency first, then sketching, then surface and solid modeling, then stone setting, then full production projects, then manufacturing export. Every module builds directly on the last.
