When you create an account, enroll in a course, or submit an inquiry form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (for offline/general inquiries), and payment confirmation details (we never see or store your card/UPI details directly — those are handled entirely by Razorpay).
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account — nothing else.
We use your information to: manage your account and course enrollments, track your progress through purchased courses, respond to inquiries, provide customer/student support (including via WhatsApp when you initiate contact), and improve our courses and website.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers.
We use browser session cookies to keep you logged in. Our course video player also stores your chapter-completion progress locally in your browser (not on our servers) so you can track which lessons you've watched.
We use Razorpay for payment processing, Google for optional sign-in, and Google Drive/YouTube to host course videos. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing data they process on their platforms.
Account passwords are stored encrypted (hashed), never in plain text. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security of any system connected to the internet.
You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request account/data deletion at any time by emailing us.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
