1. Information we collect
When you create an account, enroll, watch free demos or submit a form we collect your name, email, mobile number, city/state and — if you ask for a business invoice — company name, GSTIN and billing address. Payment confirmations come from Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile photo only.
2. How we use it
To manage your account and courses, issue GST invoices and receipts, track lesson progress, answer your questions (including on WhatsApp when you contact us), call you back when you request it, and improve our courses.
3. What we don't do
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. During limited-time offers a "recently enrolled" notice may show a real student's first name, surname initial and city only — email us to opt out.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use session cookies to keep you logged in, and Google Analytics / Meta Pixel to measure visits and purchases. You can block these in your browser.
5. Third-party services
Razorpay (payments), Google (sign-in, analytics, video hosting), YouTube/Google Drive (course videos) and WhatsApp (chat) each have their own privacy policies.
6. Security & retention
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Invoice records are retained as required by GST law.
